Its award winning patent-pending pneumatic engine develops the 135 psi (9 bars) of pressure required to produce an ideal espresso extraction, while its high temperature stability builds a complete flavor profile that makes the most of every bean. The TWIST™ obtains its operating pressure from recyclable 8g cartridges. Each cartridge has sufficient pressure to make up to four double shots or eight single shots of espresso.
